Over the years, I've had a great appreciation for classic American show prints & concert posters. From the earliest woodblock & letterpress posters that were used to publicize country, roots, and blues music throughout the first half of the 20th Century, to the bold day-glo silkscreened soul, funk, and rhythm-n-blue posters that were most prevalent in the 1960's-70's. Then there is, of course, the amazing array of psychedelic & rock concert poster art that flowed between Austin and San Francisco beginning in the late 60's, and continuing to today! Those inspirations combined with a true understanding of traditional design aesthetics & contemporary visual music/entertainment marketing, go into making my finished designs versatile, effective, and classic!
