| URGH! A MUSIC WAR (1981) Punk/New Wave Concert Film DVD
Here's the iconic 1981 concert film that featured some of the best punk & new wave bands on the scene (as well as a couple of obscure gems). Filmed at a series of shows in the USA, UK, and France, some of the artists featured in the movie are The Go-Go's, The Fleshtones, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, XTC, Devo, The Cramps, Oingo Boingo, Dead Kennedys, Gary Numan, Klaus Nomi, Wall of Voodoo, Pere Ubu, Steel Pulse, Surf Punks, 999, UB40, Echo and the Bunnymen and The Police. This film was only released commercially on VHS & LaserDisc (both of which have been out-of-print & demanding huge prices for years. I acquired a couple of copies on DVD recently, which is what these are. It's the full film, and is apparently dubbed from a digital source, as the picture & sound quality are FANTASTIC! These have a color label & cover in a standard clamshell. I won't be getting any additional copies, so get it while you can! NEAR MINT $25.00
